Minutes from the Mt Shasta Pedali Board of Directors Meeting Friday July 29, 2005 7am at Ellie’s Bakery in Weed.

Agenda Items: Mt Shasta Hill Climb Race Saturday August 6, 2005. A little background on this event is as follows: The event was scheduled for this date and time to be hosted by the Redding Velo Bicycle Club.  For reasons unknown, at a late date and time, RVBC postponed the race until some time in September.  Our board who is in contact with the Summit Century organizers recognized the fact that many century participants and many hill climbers had planned vacations around these two events occurring on the same weekend.  We considered it unfair to those participants that the plans are changed so close to the event dates.  Thus the decision was reached by the Pedali board to offer this Hill Climb Race as a club event open to all riders.

Roll Call: present were Chandler, Green, Ameen, Marchi and Eddy
