Mt Shasta Pedali is a not-for-profit bicycle club dedicated to the enjoyment and benefits of cycling in Northern California's Siskiyou County.

Hey something new! If you are a little intimidated by the intensity of the Tuesday evening rides, here is the ride for you. Paul has organized rides for intermediate and beginners for Friday evenings summer 2008 beginning Friday April 25th. This is a no drop ride but road bikes are still the recommended choice.

Friday's rides start at the Fish Hatchery 5:30 pm and are tailored for the beginner and intermediate riders. Paul Engstrom is the group leader 925.1001.

Shasta Pedali Mailing List
You are welcome to join our
Mount Shasta Pedali Mailing list. If I've configured it right, you should be able to subscribe and unsubscribe yourself by following the directions on the linked page. This list will allow each of us to quickly send an e-mail toSlamin Salmon ride 2004 the whole group by sending a single e-mail to the list server -- which, again, is hopefully identified below. This is a great way to let the group know about something they might find important (upcoming rides, cycling-related news, etc)

Bicycle cycle

Spins within the currents
Of the wasted beauty
Loaded in the image of
reality

Legs full of muscle
Built upon the sweat
Of health adversity
Pumping
jumping
thumping
rhythms
Beat their primal tones
Within the grasp
Of nature's
high tech
gramophones
